Everything depends on an effective working control panel.
The display on your oven is intended to function correctly. If there seems to be an error on display, such as incomplete digits, cycling the power may reset the panel and get it working again.
Samsung range or wall oven panel is blank, blinking, or partially or incorrectly displayed:

To disable the "Oven Lock" function, please turn to page 28 of the model's user manual:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this because our last stove, an LG, the oven part broke and they couldn't fix it even after 2 times and then we got no answer from them anymore....we were blown off by them. This one works way better than the lg and we should have just stayed with Samsung to begin with.
