This is a replacement for my old cuisinart which was at least 30 years old. It still worked but I needed a smaller one so I could leave it on my limited counter space. It works great and I love how easy it is to use. It has solved my space problem.

I did a lot of back and forth on size before my purchase. I don’t have tons of storage space. Finally decided on the 7 cup for my first ever food processor and so far, I am pleased with my purchase. Used it for a pie crust type of recipe and it certainly made my life easier.

My husband and I LOVE our 7-cup Cuisinart food processor. It works brilliantly for ALL our food processing needs but we really love the lightweight plastic bowl, which makes it so easy to clean after we use it. We are retired seniors, so lightweight, easy to use and clean appliances are important to us now. The easy of cleaning and with the storage container for the slicing and grating discs in bowl is an added bonus that I really appreciate. Also made by Cuisinart it proved to be invaluable.Unfortunately I noticed small fractures in the hub that holds the blades .more than likely caused by the dishwasher.About to to begin a large cooking chore I searched locally for a replacement not able to find one and in need of food processor,I found the 7 cup unit to be even more invaluable. Thank you for the exquisite engineering and ease of use put into this machine!
