Not so great

This makes lovely soft serve ice cream but - it’s flimsy, no timer and so it over froze and we then had to turn it off for twenty minutes by rough time the bowl was defrosting. The dispenser is awful, hard to dispense and very messy as it goes everywhere. Very disappointed

Palaver

Got this for Christmas from my family. What a palaver to make ice cream. Once done you have to take entire thing to pieces to clean. And don’t walk away, my went so thick it wouldn’t come thru had to use a spoon to dispense. Seems to melt very fast as well.
Really nice taste and suppose I will get used to it, but can’t suddenly decide on have an ice cream, takes too long.
Why I’ve only given 3 stars, think I was expecting it to be easier

Excellent build and makes delicious ice cresm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this today and all inall I'm pleased with it. I had difficulty adding the ice cream mix to the machine as I am short ,(a footstall remedied this)
Also I personally would have preferred the.instructions to be listed rather than spread through the book.. but what I dud like about it was the recipe book which is much appreciated. The machine was quiet in operation. I chilled the ingredients before using and was extremely pleased with the ready tobest result. The ice cream was soft yet holding its shape
. I didnt test the sprinkle accessory as we don't have any children living with us now. As I have made ife cream before I used my own recipe and it turned out well . It was easy to dismantle and clean. I'm looking forward to making zirish cream ice cream next

Makes the most delicious ice cream will be used a lot in the summer! The instructions are easy to follow and it’s easy to clean too! It has lots of different features including a warming plate which is just perfect! Would highly recommend xx

Mr Whippy . . . but better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been experimenting with this machine for the past month and am honestly so impressed. The ice cream is every bit as good as the traditional ice cream van Mr Whippy style, and the mix is very easy and cost effective to put together. The sorbet recipes in the booklets are also a great foundation for. more experimental flavours. I have piped some ice cream into a reusable tub as we made a little too much and it was still great a day or two later. The sprinkles and sauce dish are the highlight for the kids, it turns it into a really fun experience for the whole family and I can't wait for the summer!

Quick to make ice cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a fun machine - really good for entertainment and kids! Makes ice cream in 20 min. However, you can’t really keep it long as it gets hard very quickly and stops going out.

LOVE IT !!

I love that it has a come holder and little containers to add your toppings in! Made the ice creaming making process so fun! Also, it comes with a recipe book was is so handy too- can’t wait to try the recipes !
