Front door glass cracked end to end

This dryer is already broken and I haven't even installed it yet. Bosch is saying that the broken glass is cosmetic so they won't warranty it, but it's super sharp and I'm worried someone will get hurt if it isn't fixed. It's going to cost a lot of money to get the glass replaced as the glass is very costly and then who knows how much it'll cost to have bosch come out to fix it. What a total nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using this dryer fo about 6 weeks now and have adjusted to the heat pump life. It treats my clothes better with the lower heat and it's adjusted to give me optimal drying for my clothes. Looking forward to using the steam function but haven't quite figured that one out yet.

Even Better 10 years later!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Having years of experience with European style laundry appliances we were thrilled when we moved in 5 years ago to find Bosch Appliances. With improvements in technology we decided to update to the current Bosch 800 Series. Brilliant decision. Between the Washer and Dryer we experience perfect results with every load. The Smart Dry Function on the dryer means that it communicates with the Washer for load information and dries in minimum time. Must add that the washer spins and extracts so effectively that more than half of the laundry (including bedding) hangs on an indoor line for only a matter of an hour or two and is cupboard dry. These machines look impressive and are impressive!

Something to get use to

Your clothes still feel a little damp no matter what, but when you pull them out and wait a few, they are dry. The cleaning cycle is hard to figure out. I still can't figure out how to use the iron setting. So this dryer is almost too high tech.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
