Nice compact dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: takes up small space, doesn't need a dryer vent. World like I expect a Bosch product to, with one exception: the bad: when drying sheets, blankets, or anything bulky, tends to dry the outside of a wet bundle. Very difficult to get blankets or comforters dry.

500 Series is Terrible

A condo I purchased came with the stacking 500 series washer and dryer and they are the biggest pieces of garbage. They can't handle much of a load and the dryer rarely dries anything completely and there's no way for this machine to be set to dry for a chosen amount of time. It stops when it thinks the clothes are dry. Towels, for example come out more damp than if I'd used them to dry off after taking a shower. I'll be replacing these ASAP.

A nice dryer for compact spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit because we could not find a standard sized unit that would fit in our laundry closet. We also purchased the 500 Series Washer. The dryer takes a bit more time to dry our clothes than a standard unit but it has worked well with lots of cycle options. Our clothes smell fresher and cleaner than they ever did before with our old Whirlpool units. If this unit performs as well and as long as our Bosch dishwasher has (over 8 years old now) we are going to be happy customers for sure. Thank you for making high quality products with good customer support!

Not made aware of emptying condenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine but I didn't realize nor was it made aware anywhere that the condenser needs to be emptied pretty much after every cycle! Now I need to hard wire it to the drain when I get a chance.

It's pretty to look at, when it's turned on the blue display panel makes it so easy to choose drying time, heat to be used, what kinds of items are being dried and whether you want to have your items come out wrinkle-free.It's a very quiet machine also. Finally, this dryer is efficient.

Almost makes drying clothes fun…

The controls on this dryer are very easy to understand and you can dry as hot (or not) as you want, how quickly you want and how many wrinkles you want.
The dryer holds a lot. 2 jumbo bath sheets (each 40x80), 6 hand towels, a kitchen towel, a queen fitted sheet and 4 standard pillow cases in my dryer and there was room for somewhat more. The dryer is also very quiet. Lastly, you can work this dryer remotely. I'm very happy I purchased this dryer.

Loving our new dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our Bosch 300 series for the 500 series and absolutely love it. It dryes better than that 300 series and being able to provide feedback through the app. allows for it to correct itself in future drying cycles.
