Dryer Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does not work well. Generally the washed items are damp when the cycle is complete. I then start a 'timed'Dry cycle to get dry laundry. The dryer is also quite noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generally Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most often works well although at times shuts down after a couple of minutes claiming to be fully dry. Do like the fact that the sensor will adjust the drying time as needed. Like the information available on the app.

New Bosch Dryer and LOVE the Heat Pump!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time ever using a heat pump dryer in my home. I've used heat pump HVAC products but this is the first heat pump dryer I've ever used. It takes a bit of getting used to but it definitely drys your clothes thoroughly. Biggest plus is the energy savings. It's amazing!

Dryer is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the dryer. It needs no vent to the outside, using an internal heat pump to dry the clothes. While it takes a bit learn what settings work best, once that is figured out, it does a really good job of drying all sorts of wash- clothes, bedding, towels, etc.

Great Purchase - Worth the Money!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased the Bosch 500 Series Heat Pump Dryer (WQB245B0UC) along with the matching washer, and I’ve been really impressed so far. It dries clothes thoroughly but without overheating them — fabrics feel softer and seem to last longer. The energy efficiency is a big plus, and it’s very quiet in operation. The filter and water tank are easy to clean, which I appreciate. Dry times can run a little longer compared to vented dryers, but that’s expected with a heat pump model. Overall, it’s efficient, gentle, and a great fit for smaller laundry spaces.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this uses a heat pump to recycle heat from the dryer back to the dryer so no outside vent. I find that it has waaaay more features than I will ever use, but as I use it I am settling in on the ones that make most sense for me. Does a great job of drying clothes. What more is there to say!

Nice dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is compact size dryer but right size for me. I like the way it can be connected with wifi and able to set programs on app as well. It takes longer time to dry clothes than my previous vented dryer. It is not a big problem for me.
