A high quality product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch is a high quality product. It does a wonderful job while being highly efficient. We have installed it close to our living room and can barely hear it regardless of which part of it's cycle is running.

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch is my go to brand and my previous washing machine lasted 21 years with few repairs along the way.
I like the performance of this new machine and my rating is lower do to fact that rubber seal is different and water collects on the outer lip spilling on the floor when unloading after wash completes. Each time I need to clean up water on the outside and inside the seal. Also this larger loading door size is not necessary as it requires larger rubber seal - not happy with this seal and thinking about changing brands when my Bosch dryer will stop working- so far it has been working for 23 years without ANY issues.

Functional, modern washer but over complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I love our Bosch washer in our apartment, it is effective at its job and relatively energy efficient. The only complaint that we have had is that some of the settings feel over complicated and sometimes we wish we could customize them a bit more to our needs. The ability to connect to our phones, while a bit off putting at first, is super helpful and allows us to optimize our laundry around our work day which is helpful.
