Not sure it should be called a "Dryer"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Condensation Dryer technology isn't quite where it needs to be, and this machine is no exception. Cycle will need to be over two hours to not have wet fabrics. The lint trap socket could have tighter fit to prevent dust from getting into the internal components. The nicest thing I can say about it is that it is better than not having a dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

Does not dry as well as a vented dryer. Laudry is not dry at the end of the cycle, nor after adding 40 minutes drying time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long been a fan of German engineering, and wanted to love my Bosch 300 series washer and dryer. But I returned them.
I bought them because of limited space in my laundry closet and part of the issue was simply their compact size. All the clothes came out extremely wrinkled, even on small loads.
I did not need a ventless dryer, but bought this because of the size. I found that the clothes were not completely dry, even after running for 2 hours. And the dryer itself got extremely hot, to the point where I was going to have to install some kind of ventilation system in the laundry closet.
Apart from that, a very small, trivial point is that the controls seemed old fashioned and "low-tech". I expected something more sophisticated from such a respected manufacturer.
After measuring carefully and doing more research, I found an alternative brand wash tower fit, and bought that instead. Early days, but so far I'm happy with the performance and results.

No exhaust required!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's about time!! A dryer that does not require outside venting. It recirculates the drying air through a heat exchanger. The condensate water is pumped down the drain with the washing machine water! The hot air is recirculated to dry your clothes, saving energy and money! Finally European technology is becoming popular here in the US. And this Bosch unit is high quality design construction, obvious as you listen to its quiet operation. Yes, it's about time. Try it...you'll like it!

Remarkable ventless dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not your grandmother's ventless dryer! Unlike the old European versions that never truly dried clothes, this compact unit really gets the job done. It obviously takes longer than vented models (about 2x the time) but if you're patient you'll end up happy. But to maintain peak performance make sure that you keep the condensation unit and lint filter clean.

Great little dryer... so far...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking. Easy to operate. Love this dryer. It holds a good amount of clothes and has many great cycles to choose from. I am looking forward to investigating all the ways in which it can help me take good care of my clothes.
One thing that is kind of a pain is the way that the filter is designed, which according to my appliance guy, needs to be cleaned after every use. My laundry is in my bathroom, meaning that the sink basin is not deep enough to accomodate the filter. I've beentaking it to the kitchen sink once per week in the hopes that it will be enough to keep the dryer trouble free.

Excellent silent washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a small studio in Manhattan and this washing machine is the perfect size for my closet. It perfectly washes clothes, it is silent, and has a timer. I turn it on at night and it doesn't disturb my sleep. I am very happy with this machine.
