Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaced my old Bosch washer, which lasted 20 years. It's the same outside dimentions as my old washer but the inside is bigger, which is good. I like the various programs and I also like the ability to choose my own way of washing. I appreciate the helpful videos and the ability to contact Bosch if I have a question or problem.

Upgraded to the newer model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old version WAS2446OUC around 2008 and starting around last year 2024, it start giving out. I thought about changing to a new brand completely, but decided to stick with Bosch and get the slightly bigger version (2.2 to 2.4). This new one has been amazing. It's easy to use, it's clean and I could not be happier with it!

500 Series Washer Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new washer dryer. The Laundry just feels cleaner when it is done. I was a bit skeptical about the ventless drying but that works much better than I expected. The drying cycles don't seem as harsh on the items either. I also love the way the cycles are displayed and selected. The ability to see tge cycle status on my mobile phone is also a great feature. Very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has many settings. It is very quiet. It cleans very well. I have not used the Home Connect yet. What I don't like is in the manual it gives a description of each of the wash settings, but it doesn't say how long it takes to run.

Love My New Bosch Series 500 Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Bosch washer. The LED touch display is simple and intuitive to use. The presets are all useful and make doing the laundry less of a chore. Super quiet. Although this is a smaller washer, the drum is a nice size for our family. Love the app and the notifications I get when the cycle is complete. Cleaning is outstanding, and spin cycles do a good job removing water. Use pods for detergent, so have not taken advantage of the ability to control liquid detergents. Did have to clear the drain plug due to leaving items in a pocket that ended up by the drain plug - but emergency drain process was simple and easy for me to perform (far different than my previous washer where I had to call a service tech in). Overall, I am thrilled with this machine and highly recommend it.

My concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my washer just fine. I have two gripes. First, water temperature has to be click EACH time rather than being able to set a default. Second, there are too many different settings.
