Couldn’t Be Happier with my 500 series washer

From the first load, I was impressed by how incredibly quiet it is—you can barely tell it’s running. It cleans clothes exceptionally well, even on heavily soiled loads, while still being gentle on fabrics.
The spin cycle does an amazing job removing excess water, which noticeably cuts down on drying time. I also love the variety of wash cycles and how easy the controls are to use. Everything about this washer feels premium, from the build quality to its energy efficiency.
If you’re looking for a washer that’s quiet, reliable, efficient, and delivers outstanding cleaning performance, the Bosch 500 Series is absolutely worth the investment. I highly recommend it and would buy it again without hesitation!

Great product, wish I could fit more clothes!

I get notifications on my phone when the cycle is done and it also lets me know if I'm using too much detergent. I only wish the space for clothes was a bit bigger proportionally to the whole machine so I didn't have to do so many loads of laundry.

Extremely happy with our new Bosch Washer

Both appliances are incredibly efficient and have made daily chores much easier while helping save water and energy. They operate surprisingly quietly, so they can run without disrupting conversations or sleep, even during the evening.
One of the standout features is the wide variety of settings available. Whether I need a quick wash, a heavy-duty cycle, a delicate option, or an eco-friendly program, there’s a setting that fits the task perfectly. The washer and dryer handle everything from delicate fabrics to bulky loads with excellent results.
Overall, these appliances combine performance, convenience, and flexibility exceptionally well. Their quiet operation, energy efficiency, and multiple customizable settings make them a fantastic addition to any home, and I would highly recommend them.

Long time user -- I would not recommend!

Purchased and installed in 2021. Washer recently broke during a wash. Bosch Factory Service came out, did zero troubleshooting and then ordered 5-6 parts, including the display. The display was backordered until Jul 31 -- 2.5 months. So at a minimum will not be repaired until then. I would not recommend Bosch appliances because their factory service does not actually troubleshoot the problem, they just replace parts and hope it works, and they don't seem to have control over their inventory, having a critical part on 2-1/2 month back-order is just unreasonable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

washer is leaking water from front seal inlet

not so happy with this machine within first couple of weeks of use I have to call service as the machine leaks all the time whenever water is turned from the top of the door seal inlet. when i called bosch they don't even know who their authorized servicers are. going back to the appliance store to see if they can fix it.

Bosch 500 compact front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received delivery of my front load washer. Set up was done and I'm doing my first load. It's very quiet compared to my LG. So far the spin cycle has been quite smooth. I hope to update my review after using it for a few loads.

Major upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for the past 6 months and has been a major upgrade from an expensive "other brand" we had many issues with. The cloth are cleaner which I would not believed if it wasn't for seeing it with my own eyes. It is much quieter and from my energy tracking utilizes less power while still within the same cycle range as our older machine. The app is a nice plus to just help me keep track of our load status.
