Good Design but Poor Quality

I purchased this chair because I liked the design. However from a quality perspective its does not have high quality material. It looks good only for the 1st few months then you will notice the arm rest and seat staring to crack and the castors making noise. For this design I don't mind paying a little more if they use better quality material but you have to seriously consider unless you plan to change your chair every year!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buyer Beware

I've had this chair less than a year. 3 months after I bought it. It would no longer keep it's height. Since then it has deteriorated to the point I have to buy a new one. I should have checked warranty details before I bought it. Because they are pretty well non existent. The experience buying this has turned me off of Best Buy and I will never shop there again.

Arms started peeling after 2 months

I've used this chair for 6 months now and it has been OK. It is sturdy and not uncomfortable. It's OK for the price however, the arm started cracking 2 months into use and is now well on its way to peeling off. This means, I will have to change this chair soon. it also means the armrest has become uncomfortable a scratchy. I wish it was made of better material to prevent this. Not very happy.

I have been working from home for two years and i’M studying too
I sit most of the day
I bought this chair and it looks so good and neat, and feels comfortable. Easy to assemble
I’ll update my feedback after I use it sometimes
