Poor UX, unclear support options, small font size

The TurboTax UX (user experience) needs major improvement in many aspects of the software — too many to list here. (I've heard TurboTax Online is more modern, but it comes up short in other ways.)
And Intuit needs to clarify the support options for each product. I was told by more than one rep that my TurboTax Premier includes *tax advice* support, but other reps said it includes only *product* support. Plus, it took way more time than it should have to learn that "Live Support" is available only for the online product. Intuit should offer a comparison of its desktop and online products that's similar to this article: https://journeytocash.com/turbotax-desktop-vs-online. A side-by-side table comparison would be even more helpful.
And *please* add the ability to increase the font size to your roadmap for those of us who struggle with reading small text or are working on laptops with smaller screen sizes. Ugh.
This was my first time using TurboTax, and altho I was able to eventually finish my return, the experience left MUCH to be desired. (Note: I owned a UX design studio for nearly two decades, crafting web apps and websites for large corporate clients in Silicon Valley, so folks who are less tech-savvy would be even more frustrated...!)
