The desktop app isn't as good as the web version. I think the interface could use a refresh. More importantly, it could have better walkthroughs. Taxes can be confusing for most users.

2022 return for a teacher

Process was thorough and quick. I needed to catch up on a 2022 return and it was easy to complete. I am a teacher, so it was not too complicated as that was my only income
