TurboTax not as friendly as in the past

Having used TurboTax for many years I have always been a fan.
This year however I was disappointed and had a hard time entering data, especially INT and DIV. I had to make three calls, which took forever to get through because of the stupid electronic questions asked. For example, trying to give the computer a letter "D", it kept coming back with "B" and one time dropped my connection. Anyway, after much wasted time I finally got to speak with a "human" and all three were TERRIFIC. Even your techs had a hard time trying to help me add INT and DIVs. This was definitely my worst experience using TurboTax and I may try something else next year. Why do you have to make a computer program so difficult to use when you had a super, easy to use program for many years.
