Been using TurboTax for over twenty years. It just keeps getting better and better! Love the import feature for W2s and 1099s. It makes doing my taxes a breeze!

Not user-friendly to non-taxed minds

Needed clear and succinct definitions of terms I encountered filing Schedule C. Needed easier navigation between forms and place I left off in file. First time through I owed thousands of dollars -- something's not right. Opened to review, changed nothing, owed hundreds of dollars. Not exactly inspiring confidence.
