Issues this year with Turbo Tax

For the first time in many years, there were glitches. Had trouble downloading brokerage statements (broker said they had had issues this year), and the updated forms were not added to my return, resulting in my not being able to finish/file a return (program froze and got nothing but a"calculating message") and having to start over with a new return (which did work and allowed filing.) But nothing at all about the extension of time for filing I had as a Florida resident due to hurricane disaster. Have been using Turbo Tax for 10-15 years and have never had problems. Difficult to move around in program to review forms and program. Hope it's better next year.

BIG MISTAKE

First time download from web users, Not very clear instructions maybe have someone that does not work there test product for non tech users understanding.
The new signoffs (assume there new never seen it before) that give out my tax and SS information so the cost can be deducted from the refund I gave all my most private finanical information to a third party that I have no knowkledge of or about. I found this unacceptable and will not repeat next year if that does not change. NO ONE BUT YOU ME AND US GOVERMENT NEEDS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER...NEVER. You just opened me and my family up to a world of hackers and scammers and that is an unacceptable risk I am not in agreeement with.
