Easy to use

I have used turbo Tax for many years and have enjoyed the simplicity in walking thru forms and questions. I also like the information buttons so that if I do not understand the question, I can get a simple answer.

One Problem

Mostly good, however when I tried to input my payment amount for the Direct Debit, the program would not allow me to copy, input, paste or anything! I spent two hours trying various go-arounds. No new update, nothing I could do.

Outsourced decline

I used your expert one time. Lots of delays as he went to get answers. His east India accent was thick, I had to have him spell out words. His solutions took long outside of app routes with links to emails instead of working inside the app for a more concise solution. I have been usingTurbotax 30 years
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Very disappointed

4-15-25 I had to redo my tax return because the w-2 that I downloaded was incorrectly recorded by Turbo Tax. My State of MD tax paid was duplicated and if I would have accepted it, we would have received the incorrect amount of refund from the State.
