Sticky and Clumsy

Guaranteed calculations, yet I am assessed additional taxes from NYS every year. Also stuck in a loop regarding federal tax withheld for a Roth brokerage account on 1099-R without explanation. Struggled to figure it out on my own. Lastly, I thought I was allowed periodic payments on taxes due but it never showed up during the completion of the return.

Used Turbo Tax Forever

I have been using Turbo Tax forever, and love it. Really like the auto import of data and comparisons year to year. Only improvement I would recommend is a move the "return to guided tour" to more prominent place of the dashboard of button. It is hidden in the view drop down window but it is a feature I use will view forms, moving in and out of explanation etc. Have it take you back to the last place on the guided tour that you dropped off. Keep up good work.
