I had to enter everything twice because it did not load completely the first time. Too many security checks that I believe contributed to the confusion that led to this problem. Email should preload like on other sites.

Lots of bugs this year. Really bad. Never had this problem before with Turbo Tax. Also, I thought the package I bought included 1 free state return, like it always has in the past. Nope. Charged me a bunch more money to do state. I felt ripped off. I will not use Turbo Tax next year. Lots of bugs this year and not as economical as previous years. So many bugs that I don't know if I can trust that my return is correct.

very confusing flow just to pay for it and kept getting routed back to order more. next year do it manually and would not recommend this to anyone

turbo tax used for many, many years

easy for me, I have used it for years. Even though my filing is easier that when we were both still working, I still like the security of Turbo Tax
