i have used Turbo Tax for many years

Thinking of switching

1. On my PC, printing automatically went to something like "print to area available" and it printed out at 1/5 size, almost impossible to read. After hours on phone with rep, it took 7 steps to get to print at full size.
2. On my PC, ready to file, asked for date of filing (2x) then erase the dates and asked for them again. After trying many times, got out of Turbotax, 2nd time worked.
3. Filing abort: Pushed button saying I was filing, can't go back! Noticed I didn't get a confirm message. Went back in the next day, discovered there were still more questions, including ones I had already answered (e.g. money from a foreign country). Finally, I think it was actually filed.
4. Is your system in need of an overhaul? No. 1 above was a problem for me last year.
5. Even my nickname was rejected 3 times below. (Jim didn't have enough characters, couldn't have a period, was used by another person.

It's Deductible

Had to call representative , Alfred, and he was a big help. However, could not access It's Deductible program which is usually automatically available with the Turbo Tax program when purchased. I could not access and had to add items individually.

It is easy to follow , I have used it for years this year was the first time it was rejected
After searching for phone no to call and finding a area for them to call me i was able to
get the help i needed to correct and refile
