Still Stressful to use even with prompts

I started my tax return last night and did not see a Save button so I just left the window open. Unfortunately, the following day, the window was gone and I had to restart everything. I thought it automatically saved what was inputted but it did not. Disappointed and time consuming. I'm not great with tax returns, so maybe someone more savvy would not have these issues.

Turbo Tax is easy to use

I've been using Turbo Tax for my Federal taxes for a long time. Love it.
My only complaint is the tiny size of the text in the help dialogs (Learn More). It's nearly impossible or older adults to read and there is no option to make the text larger or zoom in. Fix this, please. (Former Adobe web site optimization consultant for many years.)

K-1 entry needs to be fixed

You need to fix the K-1 entry forms, there is a work around to use two different K-1 for different types of income from one K-1 but it is kludge. Or let me override numbers to get rid of errors so I can submit my tax return. I will be looking at other programs for next year.

For a 93 years old retired accountant, actually on dialysis has been something challenging but exiting at the same time, I suggest to my fellows American be cautious and have ready your pocket and don't forguet leave some pennies for the funeral.

From great to a scam.

The software works well. But after buying a federal return package that said it included one state filing, I found out that it did not include one. So I had to buy a state package, which then required me to pay an extra fee just to file using that package. So I feel misled and scammed at this point.
