I use Turbo Tax every year. I find it easy to use and the step by step instructions simple to understand. Takes the guess work out of it and relieves my anxiety over doing my taxes.

Provide very good basic functionality with no fuss

The Basic version is slim and to the point. It goes through the process reasonably straight forward and has clear instructions at each step. The section help is a bit TOO slim and there is no call-in feature for help unless you pay extra for it. The price is a bit high and there is constant requests to add feature for additional fees. That is a bit annoying but is handled fairly easily. All in all it does what it is required to do with only a little upcharge request nonsense (hence the four instead of five stars).

Easy-Peasy

Very easy to use especially when enabling the "walk me through it" guidance. I have tried other popular tax software, but the accuracy of the other rivals lead to less than favorable full advantage of allowable deductions. And, knock on wood, I have never had to face an audit while using TurboTax.
