End of the Road for TurboTax

Your account verification this year was abismal. My wife actually gave up trying to click all the boxes and pictures and then after doing it like 5x it says it failed and that she had to do it again. And if that wasn't bad enough, it then wants you to get a text message. I don't know exactly what you are trying to accomplish for your customers...but it was a bad experience. I've been using TurboTax for some 20 years and probably planned to do it the rest of my life. But if I have this much trouble just getting the program going it is a huge negative. The next problem is the message that says just because Microsoft won't support Win10 anymore your next version might not work on it. You'll be cutting off one of your feet if you do that. Basically I don't ever plan to upgrade to Win11 and for me Win10 is probably the end of the road. Windows has become to intrusive in my business when it doesn't need to. Linux is probably my next go to till I die. This also means if you stop making TurboTax work on Win10 (or Linux) it's probably the end of the road for TurboTax too...
