TurboTax is a money grab.

Its become a money grab, anything beyond the basic has an outrageous fee. Its not as clear and easy to work with as it once was. For next year we will look elsewhere.

Rocking With TurboTax For 30 Years.

We've been using TurboTax since it was MacInTax(sp); at least 30 years. At one point we had a farm and a separate business, an active investment portfolio, plus two full time jobs, so we USED TurboTax. (In those days, our tax forms ran to 60+ pages.). Now that we're retired, we download the Basic, import last year's data, put in a few numbers and within an hour or so, hit "Transmit to IRS", done. It's a beautiful thing.

Turbotax let me down this year

I've used Turbotax for well over 15 years (maybe 20?) but this year you let me down! You made it much more difficult to indicate that the RMD for more than one account was all taken from one account. IRS guidelines say it's perfectly fine to do that -- why did you make this year's software so very difficult?? I had to pay an additional $60 to you to handle this!!

Turbo Tax is perfect for us

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have been satisfied with the ease and professionalism of the service. My finances haven't changed much, so it's pretty much a straight-forward process. Turbo Tax leads you through the process.
