Couldn't Find the Desktop Version

I found impossible to find the desktop version of TurboTax on your website to download. I had to call customer service and go through some gymnastics to get it, Otherwise the product is fine.

TurboTax did well.

It did very well; one verify step close to the end found an error on a 1099R that had cause many problems for me. Once the error was fixed things went smoothly.

Still a good product but not keen changes

For the first time i got stuck in a loop of the software not letting me proceed until I'd resolved issues with a few of my downloaded investments. Not clear at all what it was they wanted me to resolve so I was doing a lot of guessing. Not good. Otherwise, things went smoothly and I like how easy it makes doing my taxes.

Failed product

Same as last year. Rejected by the IRS as they noted pin was missing. Your software shows pin is there. I've changed it several times and resubmitted it. Interesting that the rejection email comes from Turbotax, not IRS. Real frustrating!

As always, I appreciate your product. After receiving the standard deduction for the past several years, I switched drome the Deluxe to the Basic version. Your instructions dealing with RMDs was not as clear as most of your other categories or as in the other version. Otherwise, 5 stars.
