Turbo tax negative review

You are making it more difficult every year to use this product. In addition, I have neither been able to print my return or to access help in doing this. There is no easily available help number and your online AI help has been useless. I have not been able to print either directly from the tax form in any way, nor from the PDF that was supposedly saved.

App crashes, cost me hours of work

Great job Intuit!

I've been a tax preparer for over 20 years using another more robust Inuit tax program. This was my first time to use TurboTax, and it did not disappoint. It was easy to use, and while I thought it might be cumbersome, the step-by-step guide was seamless and all that I had hoped to see in another Intuit product. Great job Intuit!

TurboTax was a little less than awesome this year

I always rely on Turbo Tax; however, it was not as easy this year as in previous years. I had to have some help this time, even though my tax situation was less complicated than any other year. Some of the figures were inaccurate and in the wrong places after I made the transfer from previous year.
