The step-by-step instructions in addition to definitions, explanations, and informational links helped me find answers to all of my questions. I found it to be very intuitive and uncomplicated, which is why I have used it for years.

TURBOTAX IS PRETTY GOOD

WORKS PRETTY WELL BUT IT SEEMS THERE IS ALWAYS A GLICH OF SOME KIND.
FOR EXAMPLE, ON MY 1099-R....THERE IS NO NUMBER IN THE TAXABLE AMOUNT BOX, BOX 2A.
BUT I HAVE TO SAY THERE IS THE SAME NUMBER THAT APPEARS IN BOX 1 IN ORDER FOR TURBO TAX TO CONTINUE. OTHERWISE TURBOTAX STARTS ASKING A LOT OF IRRELEVANT QUESTIONS SUCH AS "HOW HAVE YOU FIGURED THE TAXABLE AMOUNT IN THE PAST"?. WHEN IN FACT I ACTUALLY DO NOT KNOW WHY THE BOX 2A IS EMPTY. IT SHOULD HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT AS IN BOX 1. TURBOTAX SHOULD KNOW THIS POSSIBILITY EXISTS, BUT TURBOTAX APPARENTLY DOES NOT KNOW THIS.
