I have used TurboTax for many years. The current format is very cumbersome. A problem this year was an error notice at the very end, while e-filing. This required a complete redo of forms, recheck and reprint of the corrected return. This should have been caught during review, not during e-file process. It took a lot of extra unnecessary time.

I had trouble downloading it, but that was because I could not find lturbo tax on my new computer. The vendor did not give me adequate training so I had to call you guys. The helped a lot

easy peasy. Just wish TT could skip state income tax from very beginning since Tennesse does not have a state income tax

Turbo Tax has been trying.

My experience this year has been the hardest based mainly because when I thought my file was saved it wasn't, twice this occurred. Three times I had to input my data.
The other problem I Had was with my old passwords i didn't manage them properly
