Turbo tax is simple to do

This is the worst version of TurboTax you have issued. It was very hard to manually enter 1099 DIV's. Getting a summary of all financial institutions and all 1099's was ridiculous. Looks like this version was not very well tested or reviewed by users.

I have been a turbotax users for many years. I was VERY disappointed that you offer free filing for NEW customers. I guess loyalty means nothing.
The software failed to properly transfer some of the imported files from Schwab causing errors I needed to fix.

Have used TurboTax exclusively for over 30 years. It's always been a relatively simple, straightforward process and makes tax filing a lot less painful than it otherwise might be.
