Does the job but too much emphasis on buying add on's and almost tricking you to purchase the state Return. It needs to ask just once if you want advise from an expert, to upgrade beyond basic and to use it for state tax.

Very Unhappy with Your Products this year

Very poor experience with your product this year. I bought 3 products you said were needed, and one was not usable. I was forced to buy the desktop version, and it said it would allow me to file me state and federal, and allow my partner to file. Turns out it only did efile for my federal, told me to print my state CA return, but the desktop version of turbo tax appears to have numerous issues and using antiquated technology, so, one cannot even print the CA state forms. So now I cannot complete my filing for anyone and I've paid your company $110 for nothing.

I've used the basic version for over 20 years. Works fine for me but sometimes information I need can't be found easily, or the choices they offer may not apply. I will continue to use it in the future.

easy, quick, especially if use turbo tax every year so transfers personal info and shows entries from previous year so know what needs entries. Also so very easy to import from investment bank.

Confused thiis year...

After getting NO help today from help on Turbo Tax, which were very helpful this weekend. I paid the extra $ 50 to get a Live Agent who was the BEST. She walked us thru everything. After being rejected twice this weekend, we sailed right thru with Robin.
I have used Turbo Tax since 2018 and never a problem, ours is a pretty simple return so this year you really stumpted me.
