Turbo Tax Data Import

Importing data from financial institutions was hit or miss. One account imported perfectly. For the second, I wasn't able to connect so I had to enter the data manually.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

My problem was with the down load and my agent (Jay) was very helpful in getting the down load problem fixed. He deserves a rating higher than a 5

I've been using TT for over 15 years. It couldn't be easier to use. You don't have to know anything about anything. It's all there, and you just answer questions.
