I have been using Turbo Tax for so many years, I can't remember exactly how long. It is easy to use and you can either walk through step by step or plug in numbers if you are comfortable.

Declining Audit Defense is a PAIN

It was easy to file. However, it was very frustrating at the end when it would NOT let me opt out of paying $40 for Audit Defense. I talked to someone on the phone and even after declining the option it would not remove it from my cart.

Turbotax fee collection works too well

I was charged $25.00 to file my state return when the advertised price for Advantage customers was $20.00. I'm not one to quibble over $5.00, but this is an example of your software shortcomings.
