TurboTax major error NO printing capabilities

NO working PRINT function at any stage in the filing process. Many have reported the huge issues and thanks to a user who posted (TurboTax help) his 14-step solution using the Preview function was I able to print forms and worksheets and save them as a PDF. Your print functions "Look like they are creating a print file" but it never shows a print page or actually prints out on paper, and you never see a "save as a PDF" and of course, there is no error message.
