The only down side for last year and this year is that I could find no explanation why SSA Benefits were reduced. I panicked when I saw that our adjusted gross income was less than we anticipated. Just a little reminder somewhere would be greatly appreciated.

When I finally got a real person, he was extremely helpful. But the AI help is pathetic and an immediate chat with a real person would have solved my problem soo much faster.
