Turbotax for decades!

Have been using Turbotax for decades now. Fast and easy, leads you through most scenarios.
All you have to do is have your 1099's, W2's, home taxes, donation receipts etc on hand when you begin the process.
Will continue using Turbotax in the forseeable future!

Not the TURBO TAX Performance Expected

The software has been easier to navigate in the past. Updates would fail in the process. The State Filing portion of the program didn't work seamlessly. I had to go back and forth into the website before it would connect to the website within the software. It worked so poorly I was looking to file the State Return using different software app. This experience was disappointing and one which I would not want to repeat.

Did not like Turbo Tax at All!

I am pretty sure I paid to file twice after having to pay for the software. Next year I will have a tax service do my taxes.
