WILL NOT PRINT RETURNS

Using the application is very straightforward. However, now that I am filing my return electronically, the application WILL NOT PRINT my returns! Seriously, it is mid-February and Intuit is still having these kind of issues with the product? Not impressed!

Incorrect charge for state filing

Why did TurboTax say it was going to charge me $20 to file my VA state return, but then when I was directed to the Intuit site for payment, they charged me $25. Not cool.

TTAX MISLEAD ME ABOUT STATE FILING FEE

ONLY 4 STARS. I'M DISSAPPOINTED. TURBO TAX STATED WITHIN YOUR TTAX PROGRAM THAT IT ONLY COST $20.00 TO FILE MY STATE RETURN. I WENT TO PAY FOR IT, AND ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD INFO. THE LAST SCREEN DID NOT SHOW A TOTAL BEFORE I AUTHORIZED TO PAY. IT ONLY SAID "TOTAL" WITHOUT ANY AMOUNT. ONCE I PAID FOR IT, A SCREEN THEN CAME UP STATING THE CHARGE WAS $25.00. THIS WAS VERY MISLEADING. I HAVE BOUGHT TTAX SINCE THE 1980'S. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? IT IS NOT THE MONEY AS MUCH AS THE PRINCIPLE.

You have to provide CD! Not convenient without it. I spent more than 1 hour trying to obtain it!
