I have been using Turbo Tax for the last ten years. It is accurate and helps retain and transfer data for previous returns, saves alot of time

Turbotax is great until you mess up the dl.

No problems in the past. I messed up this yr and purchased the basic instead of the Deluxe for Fed/State. I purchased the Deluxe then and the system would not allow the Deluxe to load. I uninstalled the Basic a couple of times and tried install the Deluxe. I even got a new code for the Deluxe. Each time the basic overrode the Deluxe dl. I purchesd the Disc and it still installed the Basic. I finally just spent the other $40 to dl the State. A regular $50 became a $100 puchase

Give us a break on $$ to file state returns!!!!!

$65 extra to purchase state software and e-file state returns is excessive...especially for returning customers. It looks greedy.

Error 2 Agony

Every year I keep coming back for more pain. This year my agony is Error 2 when trying to efile. The help recommendations are about as sophisticated as "reboot your computer". Someday I will learn.

Very clear and easy to follow. Since I had all the documentation needed for my federal taxes, I could have filed my return in 20 minutes.
