Make it easier to buy the product again.

Been using TurboTax for 20+ years, still easy to use but hate the fact that buying an actual product is getting harder and harder. Not available in stores anymore and took me and hour or so to find and actually buy the product. Mainly it keeps trying to make me file on line which I do not want to do. Please make it much easier to just go to the site and purchase a product to download.

Turbo Tax getting kickbacks?

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. The program indicated that I had not, and I was forced to go through the agony of myID to get my AGI from last year. That resulted in several hours of confusion, including incredibly frustrating AI help (?)and telling me to access a non-existent link, and e-mail responses with confirmation codes at 2 in the morning that were good for 15 minutes. Almost 8 hours total!!

Difficult to Toggle to Tax Forms and Back

It used to be easy to toggle between the TurboTax view and the underlying tax forms. Sadly, that is no longer the case.
