This product is so user friendly. This is our third year using Turbo Tax. We appreciate the option to go through items line by line. The "pop-up" suggestions/resources for the most accurate and complete return in peace-of-mind filing.

HICUP AFTER MANY YEARS

I have filed via TurboTax for well over 7 years. Always 5 stars. No problems. This year I tried to print my returns after e-filing, no joy. I think when I was going through the process, I tried to upgrade to Delux... the version I always ordered in the past. When I tried to pay, I did not know my passwor for keychain. I got frustrated tring to pay, skipped it. Then maybe I got hung up on No State Tax for Washington. Resulting in the inability to PRINT. HELP.
