My experience with Turbotax was pretty easy. I did struggle in the beginning with getting onto the site. I called and spoke to Nancy. She was wonderful, very patient, explained everything well to me and even had me share my screen with her to walk me through.

Fix your software issues

You have some serious software problems. The application locks up frequently and the only resolution is to physically turn off my computer. There was a particular spot where it locked every time. I was finally able to retrieve an earlier version of my tax file rather than recovering the file that caused the lockup, and the earlier version let me at least complete the filing process.

Worst TurboTax flaw I could imagine.

My return was rejected by the IRS due to missing IRS PIN. I have been through my return 3 times and still cannot find any place where TurboTax asks for my IRS PIN. TurboTax did not catch this missing IRS PUN when my return was reviewed by TurboTax before allowing the submission of my return WHY?????
