Hard to download, but great program

Never use the online version! Download to desktop

I purchased Turbo tax basic. I have uses turbo Tax for years. When I went to download it I somehow got switched to the online version. I did not realize it but it could not find any of my previous information and kept asking me for more money. I had to call support for help. Even when I had Turbo tax downloaded it kept trying to switch me to the online version. I finally cancelled everything and re-started my desk top version. Once I was in that it was much easier than the online and worked well.

Kept locking up

The program kept locking up as I tried to enter information. Had to restart computer several times before I was able to finish.
