Make another Turbo Tax program to be for users who are only interested in taking the "STANDARD DEDUCTION' AND NOT TAKING ANY DEDUCTIONS!!!

Not my best experience using software

Changed from CD media to only online this year. There were no instructions provided to guide me through loading online software on my laptop. Finally called support number for assistance and after 2+ hours waiting for support assistance was able to get software loaded on my laptop. Worst experience using product ever and actually thought about buying a competitors tax software that has easier loading software. Poor product instructions in the year switched to only download software option only. The support staff person was good at helping me with online software download. Really prefer having CD media product used in past which allows me to be up and running in 15 minutes or less. Not looking forward to 2025 software download experience. Additionally there is a lot of marketing selling of services provided by software that actually feels pushy and annoying to me.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is Amazing

I have used Turbo Tax for over 25 years and feel confident in doing my taxes electronically. I like being able to do portions I know while I wait on value, forms or additional information as needed. I love your product Turbo Tax.
