I have always liked Turbo Tax but next year I want a CD and not relying on a on line download of the program . No CD and I will no longer be a customer.

Outstanding Product

We have used TurboTax for the past 25 years and have found it to be user-friendly, with step-by-step entries and plenty of help links and explanations if needed. Our taxes are not as complex as they once were, but we can gather information, make entries, file on our schedule, and understand more about how taxes are determined and assessed. It is reliable and less than we would pay an accountant to enter the same information into their software.

TurboTax Desktop is still a good product

I've used TurboTax Desktop for many years. This was the first year I ran into an issue that cost me a good deal of time (entering SSA-1099). The cause is still unknown. Found no answers in the TTax commmunity that worked 100%. I was finally able to enter the data, but not through step-by-step processes.

I appreciate the ease of use. However, I have NEVER paid for a state return before! So that was a huge disappointment.
