Turbo Tax download not as friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always been very satisfied; however, this year I downloaded Turbo Tax instead of buying the disc and it will not allow me to print my returns. Very frustrating

Don't Do Basic Edition If You Plan To E-file State

Did what they needed to do. If you file with the standard deduction and plan to e-file you fed and state returns, it's $10 cheaper to use the deluxe edition than the basic edition. They charge you $40 for the state download and another $25 to e-file it. They are not completely transparent with their pricing. Like I said, it's $10 cheaper with deluxe edition.

Except for I believe three years I have used Turbotax every year since 1989 when my brother recommended it. I've always gotten through TurboTax and saved myself the money of having to use an account other than the three years that things were really out of whack The only thing that was frustrating this year was that I kept getting asked to file my state tax return. I live in Washington state which does not have a state tax rate or a state tax return. However, it took four times to figure out I just had to delete the state in order for your program to allow me to E file my federal return. I havent had that issue in the past.
Because of my situation in life I will probably just be filing short form from here forward. Not sure if I'm going to be purchasing Turbotax again next year or not. The way life has been changing who knows what will happen
