Using it year after is a big help. Perhaps, for state taxes, offer the option to download state taxes at the very beginning of the process so that it populates all the fields as one is completing their federal return.

Problem with form 1310

There is a glitch with filing for a deceased person, on form 1310. The walk through questions will not allow for a "yes" answer to Part II, Number 3. I had to manually correct it on the form itself. This should not happen.
