It’s been weeks. I’ve filled out the return and exchange form multiple times and not a single reply.

I really really wanted to like this case because I like the pattern and colors. However it doesn't work with any of my Apple Magsafe chargers and that is a must for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute and good quality. I am a little bummed that on the website it looked like a hard shell case that could detach from a soft shell case but found it was all one piece (at least for the iPhone 15 pro). Otherwise it’s great!
