Great desktop. This is my third HP AIO. It is powerful and very nice looking. I find the 24-inch IPS screen perfect. Build and finish quality is top notch.
One negative: turns out this model no longer has the memory card reader port in the unit. This is quite disappointing because the marketing specs indicated that, like my previous HP AIO (EliteOne 800 G6), it is supposed to have one SDC port slot. I will have to give up using memory cards as secure portable data devices (mine and from friends and colleagues) or even for extra resident storage as this new EliteOne 840 G9 came with a bare-bottom 256GB SSD hard drive. To address this shortcoming, I have had to upgrade the stock 256GB SSD with a bigger 1TB SSD. Otherwise, very pleased overall and everything is working well. HP makes great stuff. Highly recommended.
