[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you, if you live in any major city, and find it hard to have an at-home gym like me. This is the product you need. I originally thought it would be difficult to maneuver into my squat rack but the wheels make that a breeze. Just remember to lift with your back, I mean legs! Because dumbbell storing rack is great if you know you only need a couple weight variations, but does make the bench heavier as you would expect. The resistance band hooks aren't really used in my house. Not yet at least. But then again I like to store my straps there to let them dry after the lift. Overall, GREAT value STURDY design and AMAZING space saver.

I have not had a chance to use this bench yet ,but from what I've seen and read, it's one of the most versatile beaches around. The storage space alone is worth the price. You can get a total body workout with this bench and weights that are provide. I would like to have one some day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the chance to actually use this at a buddy’s house who has a home gym. Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to adjust the bench to different positions between incline and up straight along with the adjustability of the seat pad. It’s the little things that makes this stand out like the hooks for the resistance bands and the underneath storage for a slam ball and dumbells. It has a good quality feel to it making it feel like it would last a good long time even after heavy use!
