Absolutely stellar

There are no headphones on the market that can compare to the Monitor III ANC. So many good things to say. I tried them alongside the Bose QC Ultra, and the sound profile blew me away. The clean crisp highs complement the punchy yet subtle lows with a mid scoop. Reminds me of playing a nice rosewood guitar. They are rugged and the vintage look rocks. Sound stage was a great addition. And the battery life is unmatched. Needless to say I returned the QC’s and stuck with these. Epic.

insane sound quality

Everything you'd expect from top of the line headphones. The Marshall Sound profile is gorgeous. My test song is Zeal & Ardor Götterdämmerung. The volume range is exceptional. I'm comfortable at a volume level about half the range available on the iPhone 13 Pro. The only minor complaint is when using with Zoom on a MacBook Pro, sometimes the bluetooth connection is not reliable. I have not figured out why. No problems on the iPhone 13 Pro. The headphones come with an AUX cable to USB C (the only port on the headphones). Thoughtful design, super comfortable for all day office/plane use, incredible battery life. Absolutely amazing headphones.

I've been using Monitor II for the last 2 years. Now I'm trying the Monitor III. I have to say that the sound quality feels better than ever. With the a Monitor II was struggling because I wanted them to be louder. Now with the Monitor III that is not a problem. The sound quality in general is much much better. The sound is so good that sometimes it's not even necessary to turn on the ANC. With the Monitor II something I was not happy with was that I felt that the sound was different with the ANC on. Now, when toggling the ANC on and off I find no difference. Perfect!!! It should sounds the same, it should only cancelarte outer noise and the sound should remain the same. Right?
Finally the soundstage made my day !!! Feels cozy and warm when turned on. I'm so happy with

Great headphones!

I am not a professional musician and use these as everyday headphones for listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks. I've only used the Marshall Major IV before too, which I really liked, but the on-ear headphones were not good for listening for more than a few hours since I have a ton of ear piercings. I decided to buy the Monitor III because I saw a review that they are very roomy and I liked the noise cancelling option. I'm really impressed with both of these aspects and I'm very pleased with the customization through the app. I also really like that these are intended to have replaceable parts and be fixable. I've been trying to make more sustainable purchases and these are totally worth it if I can get years and years of use out of these. I got mine only a few weeks ago and have gotten a lot of use out of them already. The battery life on these is good as well, I've only needed to charge them twice. Although they are expensive they are a great investment if you are wanting a nice pair of everyday headphones. Not to mention the style which is a fresh bit of aesthetic interest where many other headphones seem to moving towards slicker and simplified designs.
