It works great snd so nice to have the alerts for speed ligh cameras and the recordings are clear. Id recommend to get it professionally installed

Good dashcam, annoying voice and sensitivity.

This cam is WAY too sensitive, even on the lowest setting. Hitting minor bumps and traffic seams will set it off with a super loud BEEPBEEP. The volume is WAY too loud on the lowest setting. Should be able to turn off the screaming lady yelling "HAVE A SAFE DRIVE TODAY" every time you start the car. The app works OK but I struggle to connect every once in a while.
Some good features like the rear camera, and the video quality seems fine. No problems with saving video when needed. Install was fairly easy as usual.
It's just really, really annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good little camera, doesn't take up a lot of space on my windshield. Reliable, easy to use. Picture quality is great during the daytime and nighttime. It's definitely a product I would recommend to friends and family.

I have been searching for a while for new Dash Cam and the Arc checked off all the boxes with great camera clarity, user interface and having the microSD included is an added bonus!

After seeing a friend get in an accident without a dash cam. I knew I had to get a dash cam for my car for in case. I chose this model, and am happy with my decision and have no complaints. It fits well on my windshield, and I like the features and touchscreen. I would recommend.

My second Thinkware dash cam. No complaints, this front & rear dash cam works very well and connects to my phone with no issues. Touchscreen is a nice addition.
