Design Flaw

Good Overall Experience ...BUT! After Proper assembly, the door sagged and dragged on the lower unit. I tightened all hinge screws and ended up installing 2 thin flat washers on the hinge pins to correct this problem. Suggestion: PB needs to include these 2 small washers in the kit so that it would save the customer satisfaction and not have to "Hunt Down" washers the right size! Just a Suggestion guys!

Awesome smoker and great customer service

I got this smoker as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the door came dented. I called the customer service team at Pittboss and the covered it and I have a new door on the way! This is my first smoker and it's super easy to use. Took it out of the box, did the first time burn off, and started cooking. Great product!

I’m new to smoking and I did a lot of research on smokers before I decided to buy. I really think that the wood chip electric smokers are the best mix of features, ease of use, and produce amazing results. I’m a complete beginner and I’m smoking fantastic meals with ease that impress my friends and family. Super happy with this purchase.

Not that great

Not much smoke flavor. Owned less than 6 months. Was going to smoke leg qtrs. And got igniter err. Had to grill qtrs. Mean time 18lb turkey was defrosting. Took a week and half for order to even process. Then another two days to get it. Mean time has to take turkey to my daughters to smoke as it would have gone bad. Not impressed with service but lady on phone was very nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never reaches temps

The smokers never reaches temps no matter what the temp ot is outside it was 80° to day and would still only go to 210° you can tell it has no insulation the thing gets so hot you can't touch the outside and the heating element stays on the whole time bought because it says it goes to 350° so I could smoke pizza bet it never gets close to that hot would definitely not recommend
